Terms and Condition

  1. Renters must pay half the rental amount in advance to confirm the booking. 
  2. The remaining amount and security deposit are due before entering the resort. 
  3. Renters are required to sign the rental agreement, providing full name and ID number.
  4. Modifications to the booking date are free if made 72 hours before check-in. 
  5. A 70% refund is offered for cancellations more than 24 hours before check-in; no refund within 24 hours. 
  6. A cash security deposit is required (refundable post-rental minus any damages). 
  7. Access to the resort is from 11 AM to 4 AM the following day, or as stated in the rental contract.
  8. Late check-out incurs a fee (200 SR for each hour with two hours maximum extension), with possible legal actions. 
  9. Renters acknowledge the property’s excellent condition and must maintain it. 
  10. Renters are responsible for all guests’ behavior and any issues. 
  11. Resort rules, including noise control and legal compliance, must be respected. 
  12. Renters bear full responsibility for pool-related accidents. 
  13. Fire lighting is restricted to designated areas. 
  14. Renters are liable for cleanliness and any damages. 
  15. Renters bear full responsibility for any illegal activities. 
  16. The rental agreement is personal and non-transferable without resort management’s approval. 
  17. The resort is not liable for personal property loss or accidents post-handover.
